October 15, 2019 —For the second year in a row KaH’s Health Center received a “deficiency-free” survey from the State of New Hampshire during a recent unannounced inspection. Many aspects of our programs were evaluated including resident safety, family involvement, staff training, policies and procedures, nursing care, emergency preparedness and the quality improvement program.
Congratulations go to all staff working at Kendal, including Health Center Staff, Environmental Services, Facilities, Administration, Health Services, and Dining departments, as we couldn’t have achieved this without everyone working together!

(A deficiency-free survey means that ALL health care services at KaH meet or exceed all state and federal standards. Our residents can expect the highest level of care in an outstanding setting.)
